                         The Wrestler...

Iíve heard a lot about him. They say heís terribly strong and mean.
They say his strength will fool you. At first glance he appears lean.
He wants you to think you can take him, that heís no threat at all.
So he smiles a friendly smile at you, while planning for your fall.
They say that he will toy with you as you wrestle upon his mat.
He letís you think youíre stronger than he, while looking to pin you flat.
Iíve heard heís pretty vengeful and he feels he has something to prove.
So he calculates everything he does before making a single move.

I donít worry about him though, I know my own strength. Iím stout!
Iíve wrestled him many times before. This will prove an easy bout.
I believe Iím in better shape than he, for I win more often than I lose.
And so things donít get out of hand, Iíll quit whenever I choose.
And though I know that most of those who wrestle with him will fail,
Iím the one who can wrestle and win, for Iím strong enough to prevail.
Yes, Iím sure Iíll be all right and Iíve come with the intent to win.
Heíll be sorry he wrestled me. Heíll see that soon after we begin.

"I heard that!" said the Wrestler. "But you forget I know you well.
Iíll wrestle you, tire you and lead you, until I drag you down to Hell.
This time Iíll use a new tactic. It will be one you havenít seen before.
Maybe this time Iíll get you quick and drive you right to the floor.
You believe I care when I lose a match. You think and act so foolishly.
All I care is you keep coming back ...to take another chance with me.
Itís only a matter of time before I get you. Just like I did all the rest.
Those who thought they were strong ...once listed among the best."

We all think we can wrestle with the Devil, believing we can win.
We do that each time we cross the line and enter the world of sin.
Satan doesnít care if he wins or loses. Heís not keeping score.
He is only glad you keep coming back and opening up his door.
Because he knows that sooner or later, if you keep coming around,
heíll have the power he needs to bring your world to the ground.
Sadly, many like to think they can wrestle him and do quite well,
only to one day realize that heís made their life ...a living hell.

"No man can enter into a strong manís house and spoil his goods,
except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house."
